Tímaskýrsla
A custom time-tracking system I built for myself. It makes keeping track of my work easier: I log hours as I go, see what hasn’t been invoiced yet and create an invoice in Konto with one click.
Hours and entries
Each client gets a timesheet for every month. I log hours, expenses and quantities, with a timer that runs while I work, and receipts and other documents are attached to the entries.
Straight into Konto
The system is connected to my Konto accounting through its API. One or more timesheets become a draft invoice with the right dates and VAT, with the timesheet attached as a PDF along with the receipts.
Drafts are never sent automatically. I review them in Konto before they go out.
The year at a glance
Invoiced, paid and unpaid by month, excluding VAT, so I can see right away what’s outstanding.
On the phone
The same system on my phone, so I can log hours wherever I am.
The system is just for me, so it isn’t open to others. It’s in Icelandic, and the clients and amounts in the pictures are made up.
